SHIPPING
All ready made pieces ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 3 days of purchase. I hand pack each package with love and care. For orders over $300 I will purchase additional insurance at no charge. Please contact me upon receipt of your pieces if there are any problems so I may file an insurance claim with USPS.

Additional taxes, customs, taxes and/or handling fees may be required upon receipt depending on the policies for each country and are your responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out potential cost upon receipt.
I am not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to LOVE the piece or pieces you receive. If you find yourself not fully connecting with your purchase, please email me within 7 days of receiving your package to let me know you are planning to return. I will send you my address for return shipping and require you to take a photo of the piece before shipping and of the package once taped with postage. For items over $50 I suggest you purchase insurance, as any damage en route to me will void a refund if there is no insurance to cover the cost of the item. After I receive the piece, I will refund the cost of your order to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping, credit card fees and a 10% restocking fee. If you return your order within 7 days of receipt, I will waive the restocking fee.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
In the unfortunate event an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. Please provide photos of damaged item and packaging. We will go through the insurance claim process. I will cover the cost of return shipping and issue you a full refund once the claim has been accepted by the insurance company.
Please note that this is an art, and each piece is made 100% by hand, by me. Surface irregularities are common in orgonite, I do my best to fully represent the unique qualities of every piece via their photos and description. If you have questions about a specific piece please email me before ordering and I will be happy to send additional photos and answer any questions you might have.
